In addition to my family and community commitments, I play a vital role in a 501(c) organization, serving on the board and contributing to its mission.
My educational journey commenced at the Governor’s Academy and continued at Muhlenberg College for two years. However, upon returning home, the responsibilities of parenthood beckoned, leading me down a different path towards a career in debt collections. My time in the debt collections industry not only provided valuable experience but also uncovered my inherent talent for fostering strong relationships with people. This early realization laid the foundation for my future endeavors in customer service-focused roles. Transitioning into the construction industry, I began as a laborer, specializing in insulation work. As I progressed, I transitioned into construction sales, where I thrived and refined my skills within the field.

Despite finding success in construction sales, I couldn’t ignore the discrepancies I observed between sales promises and the actual service delivery during production. Motivated by a desire for integrity and accountability, a transformative experience at a convention inspired me to take a leap of faith.
