I’m the founder and driving force behind True North Consulting. With a passion for values-driven leadership, I embarked on a journey to empower individuals and organizations to find their true north—the intersection of purpose, direction, and motivation.
Armed with a Masters in Human Resources and bolstered by a Professional in Human Resources Certification, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our consultancy. My 20+ years as a retired Army officer instilled in me the values of discipline, integrity, and unwavering commitment to a mission—a mindset that I’ve seamlessly translated into the world of leadership and organizational development.
My career taught me the transformative power of aligning personal values with professional endeavors. It became clear that success isn’t merely about profits; it’s about creating a culture rooted in core values.
