My experience with Floor Coverings International was outstanding! Linda and her team were very professional and nice. They went above and beyond to ensure I understood the process and that everything was included in the price they give me. They always arrived on time and handled my belongings like they were moving their old. After the installation team completed the job, they removed all their trash and debris. I can't say enough good things about my fantastic and wonderful experience.

Highly recommend this company!!! We had a number of unforeseen issues with our old flooring that needed to be ripped out and replaced. It involved a lot more work and time than anyone expected. Really tough situation. Linda was totally focused on doing whatever it took to honor our original agreement and her crew work incredibly hard removing the old flooring which had bonded to the concrete. Cisco and his guys went way above and beyond and kept after it until the job was done right. Can’t say enough about how much this company earned our trust and respect. My wife and I have remodeled three homes ourselves so we know from personal experience that there usually are surprises in most home projects. When you sign a contract it’s a two-way agreement; you pay and the contractor agrees to do what they say for the agreed upon price. Linda, Cisco and crew kept their promise and we are more than happy to recommend them to anyone. Dependable company with excellent advice, products and workmanship. We love the new flooring!

Highly recommend this company, from the beginning they were professional, courteous and showed up when they said they will be at the time specified; a representative came to our house did an estimate in less than two hours, their workers started the next day, they did our tile installation in less than two days to our surprise, considering these were very big tiles.We are very happy with their work and will definitely consider using their services again.
